Ventura County Potters’ Guild Membership Form

Welcome, both new and renewing VCPG members. This year we are asking you to complete your membership form online. If you have difficulty with this process, are uncomfortable with it or unable to complete the online form please contact the membership chair. Help will be on the way. We welcome you to your Guild community and hope you will enjoy participating and supporting the many Guild activities during 2022.

Please review the membership tiers, dues, benefits and note if there is a team service requirement (Plus tiers). Choose the tier that best suits your needs. Input your tier, name/address/email/contact Information. The information provided will be included in our Membership Directory to be distributed in an electronic version (.pdf) in March 2022 with periodic updates provided.

REGULAR MEMBER:
$30 single/$45 couple/$20 student

• Monthly Meetings with Program
• Guild Member Directory
• MemberConnect
• VCPG Lending Library
• Participate in the Annual Guild BWCA Exhibit
• Workshops
• Regular members are eligible to be juried and if successfully juried and interested in selling at a Guild venue must upgrade their membership to Plus.
PLUS MEMBER:
$50 single/$75 Couple + Service on at least one Guild Team in fiscal year.
• All of the benefits accruing to a Regular Member plus:
• Eligible to sell in Guild sales venues: Gallery (requires extra hours/fees beyond PLUS membership), Online Store, Ojai Pottery Sale,
Marketing promotions
• Photo Box use with coaching
• Quarterly clay and materials bulk ordering
• Online Portfolio at VCPG website.
PATRON MEMBER:
Regular – $100 or more
Plus – $100 or more + Service on at least one Guild Team during fiscal year.
A Patron member is a member who chooses to make a donation in support of Guild beyond their dues. Patron members will have all of benefits of the selected tier and will, upon their agreement, be recognized monthly in Guild’s Newsletter.

You will be given a choice on form of payment. You may follow a link to pay using your credit/debit card on the Guild’s Square account or you may mail a check to VCPG, c/o Brenda Burgess, 5402 Woodbury Street, Ventura, CA, 93003.

When your form and payment have been received you will receive an email confirmation from the Membership Chairperson.

To avoid having your membership lapse, you must renew by the last day of February. Members with a lapsed membership status are not eligible for any of the privileges of membership and are required to have their work re-juried.

We would love it if every member chose to become involved in supporting your Guild and, if you are so inclined, please fill out the Team Service Commitment form. If you select to renew or join the Guild in a Plus tier, this form must be completed (if a couple, each person needs to fill out the form).


If you are a juried members could you confirm the date you were juried, ex. Spring 2002. If you only remember the year please provide that
